Stay sharp at HONe this summer!

Martial Arts Training!

Hone your skills with expert-led martial arts training! Campers will build strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance through exciting drills, skill-building exercises, and hands-on coaching. Whether they’re sharpening techniques or learning something new, they’ll leave each session stronger, faster, and more confident!

Leadership Development!

Great leaders aren’t born—they’re forged! At camp, your child will develop confidence speaking in front of others, sharpen their communication skills through teamwork, and learn the discipline of leading by example. From making eye contact and using a strong voice to listening actively and working with a group, they’ll gain valuable life skills that go far beyond the mat!

Action, fun, & games!

Camp isn’t just about training—it’s about having a blast! Your child will enjoy obstacle courses, dodgeball, team challenges, and exciting games that keep them moving and engaged. Plus, they’ll get to unwind with movie time and fun surprises throughout the week. It’s the perfect balance of high-energy activities and well-earned breaks!

A dedicated martial artist and a great role model for our students, she leads by example—putting in the work, asking questions, and constantly refining her skills. Ms. McGullam brings that same mindset to her teaching; helping students grow with patience, precision, and a commitment to always improving.
Katy Gilmore
Ms. Gracie Im-Pyun – A recommended Black Belt set to test for her 1st-degree Black Belt this year, Ms. Gracie is the definition of dedication and hard work.
